Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing. By placing an order with Zaza Cheats, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. This policy works alongside our Terms of Service.

DIGITAL GOODS — ALL SALES FINAL

Our products are electronic, digital goods that grant immediate access through a loader and license key. Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final once payment is completed. We do not provide refunds for orders that have been paid for, including orders that have not yet been used or activated.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you are waiving any right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase once payment is made.

NO REFUNDS ON DELIVERED OR USED PRODUCTS

We do not offer refunds for digital goods that have been delivered, accessed, or used in any way. Refunds will not be provided for partial usage of a product or subscription. Please make sure the product and duration you are purchasing are suitable for your needs before you buy.

DOWNTIME

If a product is temporarily unavailable or non-functional ("down"), we may, at our discretion, provide compensation in the form of added time or a replacement once the product is back online. Any such compensation applies only for the period the product is down. We reserve the right to deny downtime compensation and requests to pause license keys. Downtime does not entitle you to a cash refund.

DETECTION AND BANS

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or compensation for game bans, account bans, or any consequences resulting from use of our products. Using cheat software always carries risk, and you accept that risk when you purchase and use our products. Compensation, where offered, applies only to periods of product downtime as described above — not to bans or detections affecting your game account.

LIFETIME PRODUCTS

"Lifetime" keys or durations refer to the lifetime of the product or service, not the lifetime of the user. If a product is discontinued, becomes unsupported, or goes offline for any reason, access will end accordingly. No compensation, replacement keys, or refunds will be provided in such cases.

CHARGEBACKS

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim through any payment provider in violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account and access, and may result in further action as described in our Terms of Service.
